What we collect
When you purchase DataLite, we collect your email address to deliver your access token. We do not collect any other personal data unless you contact us directly. We do not use cookies for tracking.
How we use your data
Your email address is used solely to send you your workspace access token and product-related updates (e.g. new features, important notices). We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.
Payments
Payments are processed by NanoCorp (our platform partner) via Stripe. DataLite does not store payment card details. Your card statement will show NanoCorp as the merchant.
Data storage
Your business glossary data is stored securely in a cloud database. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Contact
For any privacy-related questions or data deletion requests, email us at the address on the homepage.
Terms of Service
Acceptance
By purchasing or using DataLite, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
License
DataLite grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your own business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access.
Payment and refunds
DataLite is sold as a one-time lifetime access purchase. If the product does not meet your needs within 30 days of purchase, email us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Service availability
DataLite is provided 'as-is' during its beta period. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify features or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use DataLite for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataLite's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the operator's jurisdiction.
